 Appointment Timing

• Appointments running late by up to 15 minutes will still be honored, but the time lost will be deducted from your session, resulting in a shorter reading.

• Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be cancelled without refund or credit.

We value your time and ours — punctuality ensures the best possible experience.
